Have you noticed our Facial menu is totally different? Since we had a little downtime while the spa was being built, we went back to the drawing board and asked ourselves, what are people asking for? We have limits since we’re an organic spa, so injectables and harsher medical treatments are not options, but there are ways to get results for a plump, wrinkle-free look with facial cupping!

Now available as an add-on to any facial, (included in The Works and the CBD Anti-Inflammatory Facial), facial cupping is gentle and leaves no marks on the face. Suction cups move across your face and lift the muscle tissue doing magical things such as tightening muscles, draining lymph nodes, improving blood circulation, and reducing puffiness. Depending on the focus, facial cups can temporarily shave years off your skin, or relieve your allergy symptoms. Regardless, this non-invasive treatment leaves you without redness and ready to go out on the town!

We offer two facial cupping focuses, but as with all Anjou services, they can be customized to your needs. Discuss your goals with the esthetician prior to the treatment. Choose from an eye or lip focus, described here (scroll to the bottom of the Face menu where we list our Face Add-Ons). 

— Eye Renewal: Gently but effectively treats and minimizes fine lines, wrinkles, milia, crow’s-feet, puffiness, skin tone, and dark circles. Includes light lymphatic drainage to move sinus congestion, aiding breath, and providing allergy relief.

— Lip Plump: Integrates a technique to smooth lip lines and temporarily plump for a fuller lip appearance.

Drainage & Congestion

At Anjou, facial cupping is currently offered in our 90-min facial The Works and in our CBD Anti-Inflammatory Facial. We felt it was important to offer it in our CBD Anti-Inflammatory facial as this service provides allergy symptom relief addressing redness, puffiness and irritated skin. Facial cupping provides assistance with draining and moving congestion so drainage is possible. Fantastic!
