Your experience begins with a 30-minute self-guided session in the sauna and steam room. The warmth helps ease muscular tension, improve circulation, and prepare your body for deeper therapeutic work.
It’s an opportunity to disconnect from distractions and transition into a slower pace before your massage even begins.
From there, you’ll move into your customized hands-on treatment, available in either 60 or 90 minutes.
WHERE TENSION STARTS TO MELT AWAY
The centerpiece of this ritual is the use of warm herbal poultices infused with aromatic botanicals.
Applied with slow, deliberate movements across the back, shoulders, and neck, the heated compresses help soften tight muscles while creating a grounding sense of relaxation.
The experience combines:
- Slow therapeutic compressions
- Flowing massage techniques
- Targeted work for areas of chronic tension
- Gentle heat to encourage deeper muscle release
For anyone carrying stress in the shoulders, lower back, or neck, this portion of the treatment can feel remarkably restorative.

The ritual continues with a warming sea salt foot scrub designed to exfoliate, refresh, and stimulate circulation.
Following the scrub, a rich honey body butter is massaged into the feet and lower legs, restoring hydration while providing focused attention to often-overlooked areas of the body.
Detailed massage techniques target the arches, ankles, and calves, helping relieve fatigue and leaving the legs feeling lighter and more energized.
It’s these finishing touches that transform a massage into a complete experience.
A STRONGER, CALMER FINISH
As the treatment comes to a close, slow grounding compressions are applied at the shoulders and feet, helping your body absorb the benefits of the session.
