In Finland, a mid-day Christmas (Joulu) sauna visit is a traditional treat before guests arrive. This winter’s massage treat is a deconstructed Finnish sauna experience on our comfy tabletop. Breathe in cedar aromatherapy while our infrared sauna blanket delivers deeply relaxing heat for a detoxifying light sweat. Once out of the blanket, birch aromatherapy and a light bamboo whisk promote blood circulation, emulating the birch whisk “vihta” on the back while hot stone accents deliver heat to sore neck muscles.
