MASKS
Masks are optional for both staff and clients. Personal choices are respected.
PRE-SCREENING
You will be required to fill out a day-of questionnaire attesting to your health condition and any oncoming symptoms you may or may not be experiencing.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING
Services are by appointment-only and can be made online or by phone (541) 241-8454. We require a credit card number upon booking; your credit card is encrypted and secure and is hidden from staff. Please arrive 15-mins prior to the appointment for robe change and intake. Reservations are required for Sauna, $20 for non-Spa Members and 10% off for additional Spa Member visits. Consider adding on a visit of 30-45 mins to enjoy steam and sauna prior to service. Our sauna is open with a capacity limit of 6 persons at one time, and a 30-minute time limit. Sauna is not available for waxing services.
Changes cannot be made to appointments for Spa Parties the day of. Please notify us of any changes prior to your appointment date.
We observe the following holidays and will be closed: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. We close early on the 4th of July and Christmas Eve.
Minors
Minors must have a parent or guardian in the spa at the time of service A consent waiver must be signed onsite by a parent or guardian at check-in. You may also waive the requirement for parental supervision in-room during treatment for minors age 16+.
We do not have pediatric massage-trained LMTs and, therefore, do not offer massage to minors 15 years old or younger; however, facials for minors under 15 are offered. Please call the Welcome Desk to confirm the services available. Please keep in mind the Relaxation Room is an adult environment.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
We require a credit card when booking an appointment to uphold our cancellation policies. For your convenience, cancellations may be made via call or text at (541)241-8454. Emailing us a cancellation is subject to our confirmation of receipt of the cancellation.
SPA MEMBERS
A $30 fee will apply for cancellations day-of OR with less than 24 hours notice before services. In addition, any add ins or upgrades will be billed at 50%.
A NO-SHOW or arriving visibly sick will result in loss of member benefit/voucher.
NON-MEMBERS
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice before appointment time will result in 50% of service value being charged.
A NO-SHOW or arriving visibly sick will result in 100% of service value being charged.
SICK CLIENTS
Services will not be performed and you will be charged 100% if you come in to receive a service while visibly sick.
PARTIES & GROUPS
For parties & groups (2 or more people) a cancellation notice is required three days in advance, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Same-day cancellation policies still apply.
SPA PARTIES
For Spa Party private rentals, a cancellation notice is required three days in advance. Spa parties must be reserved with a credit card provided by the spa party organizer. All cancellations made less than one week prior to the spa party date will be charged for the full price of the service.
Groups: 20% gratuity will be added for your lovely spa attendants to all Sanctuary Suite services. For groups of 3 or more on the weekends, a mandatory 20% gratuity will be added for Face and Body services. 100% deposit for Sanctuary Suite services is required at time of booking. We cannot split payment at checkout.
For group bookings (2 or more) a 50% deposit required. For large parties & groups (2 or more people) a cancellation notice is required seven days in advance, otherwise a 50% deposit is kept.
Retail Returns & Refunds
Retail returns are accepted for exchange or store credit, within 30 days of purchase, with receipt. If the product is defective, we will issue you a refund.
Timeliness
We value your time at Anjou Spa and want you to take advantage of every moment. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may change into a robe and sandals to enjoy our Relaxation Lounge. Arriving early is especially important for your first visit, as you will be asked to complete a spa intake form with questions about your health history and the specific needs and preferences you would like us to attend to during your service. New guests will be required to fill out a short intake form. For spa parties, we will email all forms to the spa party organizer to expedite this process – please have these filled out and bring them in with you.
Your treatment will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will be unable to give you the full-service time so that we can stay on schedule for the convenience of our other guests and employees.
Confidentiality
Please be assured that all personal information collected is for the sole purpose of providing superior client service. This information will be held in the strictest confidence.
Etiquette
Spa voices are required to ensure everyone’s peace of mind. Outside food and drink are not allowed. Please do not fill your Hydro flask with our complimentary kombucha. Electronic devices such as laptops and tablets are not allowed in the Spa. If you are being disruptive we will ask you to leave immediately and additional charges may result.
For maximum relaxation, we ask that cell phones be turned off while visiting Anjou Spa. Please also be mindful of other guests in common areas and refrain from loud conversation.
For spa parties, we respectfully ask to keep your voices down so as not to disrupt other clients’ spa experiences. If you would like to control the noise level of the spa, you may reserve the spa. Anjou staff reserves the right to request noise volume to be reduced should it be disruptive to other clients.
Being completely nude is sauna or steam room is not permitted.
Comfort level
If at any time during the treatment you are not completely comfortable, whether it is the pressure of the massage or the volume of the music, simply let the service providers know. This is your time and the service providers are there to make sure your experience is everything that you want it to be.
Payment
Anjou Spa is pleased to accept cash, personal checks, travelers’ checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Gift cards
Anjou Spa gift cards are available for all services. If you would like to pre-pay a gratuity, our Welcome Desk can assist you at the time of purchase. All Anjou Spa gift card sales are final – we are unable to refund, reissue, or replace any gift cards after the initial sale. Gift cards may not be purchased or used to pay for Membership Charges.
Gratuities (tips)
Gratuities are not included in Anjou Spa service prices. If you are pleased with your service, we recommend a gratuity of 15-20%. The gratuity may be paid in cash, by personal check, or by credit card.
There is a mandatory 20% gratuity included in parties of three or more on weekend services, as well as on all Sanctuary Suite services.
Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for our guests in the men’s and women’s changing rooms. Please leave all personal belongings in your locker during your service. Please note that while COVID procedures are in place, personal items will be left in the treatment room with you and locker rooms are not available. We do not recommend bringing jewelry or other valuables to the spa. Although we will do our best to locate and return any personal belongings left or lost at our facility, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of such items.
Service dogs
Have a service dog? We welcome these well-behaved buddies! Please do not bring your service dogs into the Hot Sand Sauna or the Steam Room.
