Welcome and Consultation
First, the experience begins with a warm welcome and a personalized consultation. We discuss skin concerns, preferences, allergies, and sensitivities. After covering the essentials, we ask the client to remove their shirt and get comfortable while we step out.

Scalp and Skin Cleanse
Next, we begin with a hot towel wrap around the face to relax the skin. While the towel sits, enjoy a scalp massage with dry hands or nourishing Hair Oil. Following this, we cleanse the face with Gentle Foaming Face Wash, followed by another warm towel to open the pores.

Brow Wax Shaping
Then, we wax the center area between the brows for a natural yet groomed look. Our quick and precise technique removes unwanted hair without compromising the natural shape.

Facial Exfoliation
Afterwards, we apply Charcoal Exfoliating Solid Face Wash to gently exfoliate the skin. Using a waxing stick, we perform circular motions to eliminate dead skin cells, revealing a smoother, brighter complexion.

Facial Massage
Subsequently, a hydrating facial massage oil is applied to the face and neck. Our relaxing massage techniques use gentle, upward strokes to enhance circulation and promote lymphatic drainage. We focus on relieving tension in areas such as the forehead, temples, jawline, and neck.

Then, we select a mask suited to the client’s skin type and concerns. Options include the Oil Attacker Clay Mask for combination, acne-prone, or normal skin, and the Clear Skin Mask for sensitive or dry skin. If the client has a beard, we apply a small amount of hair oil to moisturize and soften it with steam. While the mask sits, the client enjoys a hand or forearm massage. After removing the mask with a hot towel, we prep the skin with an Anti-Everything Pad and perform extractions on the T-zone or congested areas as needed.

Moisturize and Protect
To conclude, we calm the skin with a Cooling & Cleansing Wipe, followed by the Face & Eye Cream for light moisture and Anti-Aging SPF for protection. If there is a beard, we finish with an aftershave balm to keep it soft and conditioned.
